VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ surprised me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much about it when reviewing it on a spec sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+, I was blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.

I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters however I could easily see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop the 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph in a single motor and get about 25 miles actual usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two batteries versions of the 8 at first. The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It has a sturdy clamp that looks like that of it’s RION scooters.

It does come with the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I believe it’s a good way to prevent controller harm from overheating.

I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding, because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang bags or helmets while you’re in a store.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings however, none of the distributors will warrant the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it is expected to be very big.

I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype I realized that they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size which makes it easy to buy and set up a replacement.

VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

When I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically imagine Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure at the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in a Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is a 60V battery. I’d like to have made this using a 72V battery but I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the near future. It does offer dual stems , which is always nice for stability.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it is only for 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.

I would like to see the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett Hinta.
