The Vsett 9+ is one this kind of marvel. The intricate craftsmanship is detailed to the letter. If you’re amazed by the curving design on the handles or the light weight of this dual-motorized scooter, there’s plenty that will tickle your interest. This 9+ model is fast and can travel large distances – a fantastic feature for those looking for a commuter scooter. Vsett Battery.
The scooter does not weigh tons as do other dual-motor, dual suspension, large capacity battery-powered performance scooters. Even better, the scooter comes with Vsett’s unique triple stem locking mechanism, making the scooter a good choice to carry onto public transportation or even in the trunk of your car.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett Battery. It is larger than the deck, as well as an upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones you see on the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I actually prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had a Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion but it had two security features.
It is available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she loves all things teal. It also locks in its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of one motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think much about it when reviewing it on a specification sheet. However, once I got a chance to ride the 9+ I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.
I typically prefer high powered scooters but I could see my self taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop 9+, and it’s possible to get a ton of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two batteries variants of this 8 at first. Two models will have the 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries. The other version will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett Battery.
With the electric brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will assist in keeping maintenance low. It has front and rear swing arm suspension which should be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar as VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s built to go up higher slopes as well as have a greater top speed, and does not have flats compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black and is said to be a step above it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Battery.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that measure just 3 inches long. It has a sturdy clamp that looks like the one on the RION scooters.
There is a sport mode button that is only active for two minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I think it is a good option to protect the controller from damage by overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to transport. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings but none of the distributors warranty water damage. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version, I found they do not have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see an image of the VSETT 11+ I immediately visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
So, enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the near future. It does offer dual stems which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that is only for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t use the new clamp, but I would love to see it on future versions. Vsett Battery.
