When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I actually preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion but it had two extra security features.
It is available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will like because she’s a fan of everything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ impressed me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much about it when studying the specs sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+, I was completely blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was able to keep up.
I typically prefer super-powered scooters however I could easily see myself using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.

It does come with an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I find it to be a good option to protect the controller from harm due to overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding since the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with an IP44 rating for water resistance however, none of the distributors guarantee damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype, I found they didn’t come with an EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are a traditional size so that it is easy to find and install a replacement.
