Vsett 10+ Review
Vsett scooters came along and took the electric scooter industry by storm with some highly unprecedented decisions. Vsett 10+ Review. For instance the scooters, even though GoTrax has had a difficult time equipping their scooters with suspension, the cheapest of the Vsett scooters rocks two spring suspension systems.
Alternatively, while Minimotors doesn’t get its scooters IP certified however, all Vsett’s models are IP54 certified which means they are extremely efficient as all-year-round scooters. Don’t forget that every Vsett scooter comes fitted with the NFC key card immobiliser, which shows the seriousness with which the company approaches its job when it comes to intelligent scooter design.

The Vsett 9+ is one this kind of marvel. The exquisite craftsmanship is described to the point of perfection. If you’re amazed by the curving design of handlebars or the lightweight of this dual-motor scooter- there’s plenty that will tickle your taste. It’s fast and will take you over long distances, which is a great feature for those looking for an electric scooter for commuters. Vsett 10+ Review.
The scooter doesn’t weigh tons, like other dual motor, dual suspension, large battery capacity performance scooters. Plus, the scooter is equipped with Vsett’s exclusive Triple Stem Locking Mechanism that makes the scooter a good choice to be carried on public transport or in the trunk of your vehicle.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as collapsible handlebars. Vsett 10+ Review. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones that you can find in the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion on the street, I really liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it only had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as strong as the Rion however it came with two security features.
It comes in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife would love because she loves anything teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while reviewing it on a spec sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive it, I was completely blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ behind but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the powerful scooters, but I could definitely see my self using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop the 9+ and was able to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph in a single motor and get about 25 miles real usage range. It comes with an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery versions of the 8 first. Two versions will be one of the 15.6 amp hour version using Chinese batteries. The other will be the 21 amp hour version that uses LG batteries. Vsett 10+ Review.
With the electric braking, rear drum brake and a solid back tire will assist in keeping maintenance low. It has both rear and front swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It was designed to climb bigger hills as well as have a greater speeds, and does not have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Review.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It offers the strong clamp that looks like that of RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I believe it’s a good option to protect the controller from harm from overheating.
I like it that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding, because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors guarantee the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it should be very large.
I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version, I found they didn’t come with an EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to find and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see an image of the VSETT 11+ I automatically imagine Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you were looking for specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is an 60V battery. I would like to had come up with an a 72V battery, but I bet they will release an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+ which only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp but I would love to see it in future versions. Vsett 10+ Review.
